A black and a white spinx are at rest before a chariot. The chariot is all about movement, yet it is standing still. How does the charioteer make this union of opposites work for him? How does the chariot get moving again? The answer is, that he needs to know where he wants to go first, and then direct all his willpower and feelings towards it. A purpose-driven attitude is in order here. Confidently focus on your goal, unify all the contradictions, and you will move forward and overcome any obstacles.

 

As the 7th card of the Major Arcana, the Chariot is related to the Sevens in the Minor Arcana, which show challenges that can only be won if we are determined to succeed.
